Remember when Joe announced to a bevy of gleeful journalist stenographers that the problem was going to be solved as they'd be moving to 24x7 operations...welp, it turns out that isn't true.

And note when it's reported there aren't enough "truck chassis" available (read here: trucks) it isn't because they're not physically available but rather that California's nutbag environmental restrictions mean that most semi's aren't allowed to pick-up & transfer freight from the port.

And if it's difficult to fill a shift....here's a thought....OFFER MORE $$ you cheap bastards.

In short, this is a Gov't and Union caused problem and it's not going to get better for some time.

--

"Analysts who have looked into the supply chain problem say it is not the hours of operation at the ports that is the major hold up. Instead, the constraints are shortages of truck drivers and warehouse employees. These were in short supply during regular hours and are extremely difficult to put in place for a 3 a.m. shift. And there is a shortage of truck chassis themselves.

On average at the two ports, freight waits five to six days to be picked up once off the ship. That’s twice the normal average of two and a half days. And that is on top of the average anchor time of 12 days, also about twice as long as ships typically waited. What’s more, there are reported loading delays at ports in Asia and production delays at factories in China due to electricity shortages.

This means the supply chain delays are likely to persist deep into next year, according to some analysts."

Can't believe that the democrats didn't know this was coming.

Sinema might really blow up the Biden agenda to keep the wealthy from paying any higher taxes https://t.co/NHBDmVbtB3

GOP blocks voting bill from advancing in the Senate.

Senate Republicans blocked another voting rights bill Wednesday, as some on the left call to change the chamber’s rules to allow the Democratic Party to unilaterally change federal election law. GOP blocked the bill 49-51, not hitting the 60 required vote threshold.

New details on the scope of John Durham's investigation -

He has provided Michael Sussmann w/ 81K pages of documents.

These are from "grand jury subpoenas" issued to 15 people/entities/orgs - including Fusion GPS and likely the DNC.
I wonder if we should be looking at the ports and shipping issue through the lens of EO 13848? Seems so connected with China, Evergreen, Evergrande, Ping An insurance etc.

Florida's New Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo:

"In Florida, we are going to stay close to the data, and we are going to let you know how we feel about the data. And, the data does not support any clinical benefit for children in schools with mask mandates. The highest quality data finds no evidence of that."
