NEW: The DNC is reportedly in panic mode after Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced he was picking Nicole Shanahan as his running mate.
Democrats are increasingly worried that RFK Jr. will pull votes *away* from Biden, especially with his latest move.
“I am personally offended and just disgusted by [Kennedy’s] campaign,” California Rep. Robert Garcia reportedly said on a call hosted by the DNC.
“He should be ashamed of himself. He should stop running for president.”
Immediately after Kennedy selected Shanahan, the DNC conducted an ‘emergency’ call with Democrats from swing states, warning them of how this could impact Biden.
Pennsylvania lieutenant governor Austin Davis reportedly said on the call that Kennedy was “drafted into this race by Donald Trump’s top supporters.”
Biden is currently struggling in the polls and this latest move could negatively impact his polling even more.
