Management and Team Leaders meeting on 24th of July
An online meeting took place on Saturday, July the 24th of 2020. AI.Marketing representative notified the community of the work progress and Leaders of the international teams have asked the questions passed by their team members.
The major points of the meeting are as follows:
1) Top ups, withdrawals and advertising purchases are closed since the last Wednesday, July the 21st. There is nothing to worry about. The company needed to stop all the activities to be able to proceed with the advertising campaigns re-launch. All the functions of the back offices will be turned back on right after the website gets back to operation.
2) The company has shared an incorrect time estimate required to resume work at the last meeting. The estimate was based on outdated data on the number of active Ad campaigns. We have re-evaluated the scope of work. There are a huge number of stopped active advertising campaigns. For example, it will take 34 days to recalculate the balances of about 3 million clients. (3,000,000 / 60/60/24 = 34.72) if we calculate the balance of 1 client in 1 second. We calculate faster than 1 account balance per second but even with our pace it will take about a week only to write down the balances.
As of now the company estimates that it will need at least another 10 days to get back to normal work.
3) There are rumors spread in some Publics that AI.Marketing team is just trying to buy some time for something .... The simplest thing would be just to blame the authorities that do not allow us to work and scatter south to tropical resorts.
However, we do not do this, and we do not intend to do so. We are taking all measures nessesary to restore normal operation. We understand all the responsibility that lies with us and are going to go only on the right path.
4) Our legal team requested an explanation of the actual reasons for placing the website on the Roscomnadzor blacklist. No response has been received yet. Authorities have up to 30 days to respond to such a request by law.
5) The company held negotiations with business partners and explained the situation honestly. Most of the counterparties agree to continue working with us including payments processing and so on.
A preliminary agreement was reached with the RMB bank card processing. We hope to integrate this method by the time we get back to work or soon after.
The team is doing its best to normalize the work as soon as possible. We will notify you of the progress in the official news channel.

В субботу, 24-го Июля 2021 года состоялась встреча представителя руководства Ai.Marketing c Лидерами международных структур. На встрече были определены этапы восстановления работы, Лидеры задавали вопросы от своих команд.
Основные моменты встречи:
1) Пополнения, выводы и покупка рекламы были ограниченны со Среды, 21-го Июля. Не следует из-за этого беспокоиться. Необходимо было остановить все операции, чтобы корректно начать пересоздание рекламных кампаний на остановленные бюджеты. Все функции будут включены назад, как только сайт вернется к нормальной работе.
2) На прошлом брифинге компания некорректно оценила время, необходимое для возобновления работы. Оценка основывалась устаревших данных по количеству активных рекламных кампаний.
Проведена переоценка объемов работы. У нас огромное количество остановленных активных рекламных кампаний. Если за 1 секунду считать баланс 1-го клиента, то для пересчета балансов около 3-х млн клиентов необходимо 34 дня. (3000000/60/60/24=34.72). Мы считаем быстрее чем 1 баланс в секунду, однако даже с нашей скоростью только фиксация балансов займет около недели времени. На сегодня мы оцениваем, что необходимо как минимум еще 10 дней чтобы возобновить нормальный рабочий процесс.
3) По пабликам ходят слухи, что команда AI.Marketing якобы старается оттянуть время для каких-то целей. Самое простое было бы просто написать, что Власти не дают нам работать и разбежаться по тропическим курортам.
Однако мы этого не делаем и не собираемся делать. Мы принимаем все меры для того, чтобы восстановить нормальную работу, и она будет восстановлена. Мы осознаем всю ответственность, которая лежит на нас и собираемся идти только по правильному пути.
4) Наши юристы обратились за разъяснением фактических причин того, что наш сайт оказался в черном списке РосКомНадзора. Ответ еще не получен. По закону, государственным органам дается до 30 дней на ответ на подобный запрос.
5) Мы провели переговоры с нашими бизнес-партнерами и честно объяснили им ситуацию. Большинство контрагентов согласны продолжать с нами работать, процессить платежи и так далее.
Достигнута предварительная договоренность с процессингом банковских карт в Юанях. Надеемся интегрировать этот метод к моменту возобновления работы или в кратчайшее время после него.
Команда прилагает все усилия, чтобы как можно быстрее восстановить нормальную работу сайта. О прогрессе будет сообщено дополнительно в официальном новостном канале.

Crediting unprocessed transactions
All payments that were unprocessed since the 12th of July are returned to the Ai.Marketing personal accounts as the part of the work restoration process.
We ask everyone to check if the unprocessed translations were correctly returned to the accounts. Inquiries regarding unprocessed transactions are accepted for the next 5 days up to August the 11th. To check if your transaction was refunded properly you need to go to "Transfer -> Transfer History" first. It means that the refund was properly processed to your account if the transaction is not to be found.
You should contact the Support Service at https://tttttt.me/ai_marketing_support if you think that your refund was not processed correctly.
All payments that were unprocessed since the 12th of July are returned to the Ai.Marketing personal accounts as the part of the work restoration process.

Промежуточный отчет AI.Marketing по нормализации ситуации
1. Выполнение пунктов плана
Компания выполнила пункт №1 «Плана по нормализации ситуации» и запустила новую кэшбэк-платформу https://cashbackpro.biz/ для формирования ссылок на товары, которые не будут блокироваться провайдерами и поисковыми сервисами.
2. Текущие работы
В рамках выполнения пунктов 2 и 3 «Плана» запущен процесс перевода балансов клиентов под карту в целях фиксации обязательств компании. Это позволит запустить процесс пересоздания рекламных кампаний на неизрасходованные Рекламные балансы, до того, как будет разрешен вопрос с получением средств с кэшбэк-аккаунтов.
В личных кабинетах это проявится в форме перевода балансов с «Зеленой карты» на соответствующие счета под картой в разделе «Предыдущие кампании».
1) Счет «Неизрасходованные» - Неизрасходованные рекламные бюджеты
2) Счет «Доступный кэшбэк» - Кешбек, который уже верифицирован Ретейлерами.
3) Счет «Кэшбэк в ожидании» - Кешбек, который еще не верифицирован Ретейлерами.

После перевода балансов под карту начнется процесс пересоздания рекламных кампаний. Рекламные кампании будут пересозданы постепенно:
1) В первую очередь будут создаваться Рекламные кампании на новые покупки рекламы и покупки после 12-го Июля, чтобы обеспечить нормальную работу платформы.

2. Work in progress
As part of the implementation of points 2 and 3 of the "Plan" the process of transferring customer balances to the balances under the card was launched in order to fix the company's obligations. Campaigns began to launch for the Unspent Advertising budgets
Wexford keeps sticking by its promises. On the 26th of August we began to launch new campaigns for the Unspent Advertising budgets according to the “plan to normalize the situation”. Partner income won’t be credited on the unspent budgets re-launch as it has already been credited for these purchases.
Unverified and unpaid cashback compensation by Protect fund
We decided to start cashback compensation using money from the Protect fund before we gain full access to the cashback accounts. The procedure has already proven itself to be effective one year ago.
Buyout (compensation) mechanism
We want to remind you that 45% of the cashback is deducted to the Protect Fund. Starting from the 13th of August 2021, Ai.Marketing, as a temporary measure, takes an obligation to use a half of the deductions of income on Advertising purchases (half of the 45%) for cashback compensation by the Protect fund.
Example:
1) You have purchased Advertising for 100 USD.
2) You will get 55% of earnings to your card balance as usual and you can withdraw those funds immediately.
3) Additional 22.5% of earnings will be transferred to the balance “Protect” under the card. This balance reflects the amount that may be used by the Protect fund to compensate for your cashback.
4) At the click of a button corresponding amounts of cashback will be compensated from the Protect fund and transferred to your card balance. The amounts on the card are available for the immediate withdrawal.
As a result, a half of the deductions of income on Advertising purchases (half of the 45%) will be used for cashback compensation by the Protect fund.
These terms will apply to the Advertising purchases that will take place starting from the 13th of August 2021. The verified cashback will be compensated in the first place. And the “pending” cashback in the 2nd place. All the compensated amounts will be available for the withdrawal immediately.
Reminder
Protect balance can exceed the amount of cashback that shall be compensated. In this case the client won’t get the full Protect balance but only the amounts that are supposed to be compensated.
Important
This is an alternative compensation option for voluntary use only. In case this offer does not suit you for any reason you shall wait for the new upcoming mechanisms or until the company regains the full access to the cashback accounts limited due to the Roskomnadzor blacklisting and pays all the cashback at once to everyone.
This measure will allow us to start cashback compensations immediately without waiting for us gaining full access to the cashback accounts by resolving the situation with Roskomnadzor blacklisting.

4) При нажатии на кнопку, соответствующие суммы с балансов под картой будут компенсированы из фонда Protect и зачислены на счет «Ваш кэшбэк» на карте. Средства в карты доступны для немедленного вывода.
Таким образом, половина отчислений (половина от 45%), а именно 22.5% будет направлена на компенсацию кэшбэка фондом Protect.
