Meet FlatQube's most awaited new feature

🚀The Farming boost calculator is set to become the new best friend of every user who wants to maximize their experience with our DEX.

First things first, from now on you can comprehend how all of the below:
- the number of LP tokens deposited
- the duration of LP token locks
- the number of QUBEs deposited (and veQUBEs received)
- the duration of QUBE locks
affects your Boosted APR %.

Secondly, now you will even get a breakdown of your Boosted APR %. Just hover your cursor over "i".

Thirdly, the calculator shows how much veQUBEs you need to have to reach your max APR in every pool. Moreover, the Calculator takes into consideration the number of veQUBEs other users have.

In conclusion, the calculator is simple and convenient and will provide you with essential info. Type in the desired values in the right column and see the results for every pool on the left.

👉You can finally get rid of all your excel spreadsheets (or even real notes if that's what you're into), as the Calculator works within the FlatQube interface. Please check it out now!

Do you know the difference between coins and tokens?

A coin is a primary asset developed at the protocol level of a specific blockchain. It’s paid as a reward for blockchain validation or mining, as well as for every blockchain interaction that changes its data (deployment, for example). Everscale's only coin is EVER.

On the other hand, a token is a smart contract, and anyone can deploy their own token with its own specifications (name, ticker and supply). Tokens are usually used to achieve additional goals by developers, ecosystem products and regular users. Some of the most significant Everscale tokens are BRIDGE, QUBE and WEVER.

Interesting fact: on Everscale, you can create a token even if you don't have any programming knowledge by using the FlatQube token builder.

P.S. There are several types of tokens, but in this post we are talking about fungible tokens only.

Everscale Gitcoin Elysium Hackathon: announcing the winners

Everscale community 👋

Today, we are excited to announce the winners of the Elysium Hackathon, which was hosted by the Everscale and Broxus teams with the support of Qamon and Ylide, and in partnership with Gitcoin!

What is Wrapped EVER (WEVER)?

WEVER is a token that is fully backed by EVER, Everscale's native coin, and serves as its token equivalent.

WEVER is utilized in other blockchains like Ethereum where EVER can't be transferred directly, as well as in some DeFi activities like swapping or farming due to its great compatibility with other tokens.

WEVER can only be minted in Everscale and only via a smart contract that accepts and locks EVER, then produces WEVER in a 1:1 ratio. If you then need to exchange WEVER for EVER, this smart contract will burn WEVER to unlock EVER. You may check this by comparing the balance of the smart contract in EVER to the entire supply of WEVER.

The easiest way to get WEVER is by using FlatQube or this website.

🎅📝 The Broxus team was able to get its hands on Santa's "Naughty or Nice" list and — despite some expectations to the contrary — this year Everscale devs seem to be firmly in the good graces of Saint Nick. To celebrate another year in the best ecosystem in DeFi and kick off the holiday season, we've got a special early present for you... a new T-Sol plugin for IntelliJ Idea, Webstorm and other JetBrains IDEs!

T-Sol (short for Threaded Solidity), which is designed to make writing TVM-based smart contracts more comfortable and faster, is based on Sergey Tselovalnikov's original Solidity plugin and includes syntax prompts, autofilling capabilities and other features. The plugin is also open-source and was released under the MIT license.

The plugin works with files with the .tsol extension and recommends T-Sol as the new name for the TVM-based Solidity in order to avoid confusion between the original Solidity and TVM-based Solidity.

To get the plugin to recognize your existing files and projects, simply rename them to .tsol and refactor the imports. By the way, the ever-solidity compiler works perfectly with these types of files.

To learn more about the T-Sol plugin, install it and get started BUIDLing, visit JetBrains Marketplace 👈

Rate the plugin and leave a review, and we'll add your name to the additional list of Santa's cookie recipients 😉
Tis the season to be jolly so we prepared a Christmas event for you!

🎅 Ho-ho-ho, aren't you sick of our Christmas gifts?

We're launching a contest, in which we want you to tell us about your first interaction with Broxus platforms.

What platform was it? Where did you find out about it? What was your initial impression? What surprised you? What issues did you encounter? What issues were resolved? Which weren't?

🤝 Try to be as honest as possible and tell us a fascinating story!

Post your story on Twitter with the hashtag #crypto and mention one of the Broxus accounts like twitter.com/Broxus, twitter.com/OctusBridge, twitter.com/FlatQube or twitter.com/EVERWallet_en. Or you can post your story in our Discord server.

The contest is open until January 15, 2023. The results will be compiled by the Broxus team and announced on January 20, 2023. The authors of the top three most interesting stories will each receive the equivalent of $100 in $QUBE!

🌉 Holidays are coming! Oh, I mean updates!

Octus Bridge is undergoing planned technical maintenance work and an update that will take a few hours.

One of the features that will be affected by the update is the "Missing EVERs to pay gas fees?" feature. If you use this feature when transferring USDT from Ethereum to Everscale, for example, it will take a small portion of your USDTs and give you some EVERs in Everscale to pay for gas. After the update is complete, the feature will attach some ETH from your wallet to your transfer and use it to give you some EVERs on the Everscale side, ensuring that you receive the exact amount of USDT requested. Remember that the feature works when transferring tokens from EVM to Everscale.

Services that use this feature will need to refactor their frontend by the beginning of next week to ensure the feature continues to work properly. Following the update, all the relevant guides and source codes will be published.
This year has tested us, but we haven't given up and neither have you.

Thank you for your support and for being with us through it all. Broxus has been, is and will continue to be the beating heart at the center of the Everscale ecosystem.

We wish you all the best Christmas!

ICYMI, we have an ongoing Christmas event — participate for the chance to win a great gift 🎁

What is EVER? 🪙

EVER is Everscale's native coin and primary asset. It is the lifeblood of the network and is used to pay small fees to make transactions and interact with smart contracts (sending tokens, swapping and farming on FlatQube, etc.). Validators receive EVER as a reward for helping to keep the network running.

Everscale, unlike other blockchains, has a feature that allows it to have multiple native coins, but this feature is not yet widely used.

😎 You can use EVER Wallet to manage your EVER and all Everscale-based assets.
