If you have tested positive for covid and are home isolating, this is what you need to do. 1. Check temperature 4-6 hourly and pop tablet paracetamol 650 mg for temp>100.
2. Check oxygenation. Should be >94
3. Adequate rest &hydration.
4. Do not panic.

Red flags: 1. High grade fever beyond day5, 2. Fever not breaking despite six hourly paracetamol. 3. Oxygen levels less than 94. 4. Shortness of breath.

What to do? Book a video consultation with a pulmonologist/ physician/intensivist as early as possible. Follow advise on testsAnd medicines. Remember, many of those testing positive can be managed at home. The illness in most is either self limiting or can be managed with expert advise.
