This update contains the Release Candidate for testnet, which paves the way towards the launch of the MetaChain layer Mainnet.

The MetaChain layer's EVM is perhaps the largest accomplishment since the very beginning of DeFiChain along with an unique architecture - the xVM. Creating a strong foundation marks the beginning of cross-domain virtual machines interoperability while relying on the battle-hardened validation by the native consensus using UTXO.
