Everscale Bug Bounty Program 🔥

On September 17, on EVER DAO there will start the vote on the proposal to hold the Everscale Bug Bounty program, which aims to provide security researchers, developers and other stakeholders with an incentive to inform the developers of the Everscale platform about the detected serious bugs.

Bugs will be ranked by the DREAD vulnerability assessment system. The higher the score, the higher the reward for those reporting the bug. For a detailed table, see the document.

Vote will last until September 20.

From 22.09.22, Evercloud API will only be available to authorized users. Authorization allows the Evercloud team to apply different limit policies for different types of users and improve the service.

The need for authorization applies to all application developers on Everscale, as well as service owners (sites, bots, applications) who use onchain data.

The Node team is focused on refining the decentralized storage device in Everscale — Drivechain. Node developed a new method of storing cells to improve memory consumption. The team is also in the process of testing REMP.

Recently, the team developed a new container along with elements that increase the capacity of order queues. FLEX DEX was also deployed on the main network in incognito mode as Dapp, access to which is currently limited. FLEX offers the following pairs: EVER/USDT, WBTC/EVER and WETH/EVER.

• Ever.Live
Ever.Live has developed components on the core network, such as the navigation bar, software version information, a new filter for messages from accounts, and the ability to filter messages by internal or external parameters.

• Evernode
From September 22, Evercloud API will be available only to authorized users. The team also increased the speed of Evernode-SE to 70-400%.

EverX plans the release of the Flex API for Evercloud, support for Gosh VM functions in SE and SDK, launch REMP, etc.

We remind you that the purpose of the Everscale Bug Bounty program is to provide security researchers, developers and other interested parties with an incentive to inform the developers of the Everscale platform about serious bugs detected.

Instructions for voting on EVER DAO:

• You need WEVER tokens to vote. You can swap WEVER on the FlatQube DEX or on Wrappedever.io (you will need a few EVER for the fees);

• Go to EVER DAO, connect your EVER Wallet and make a steak in the Staking section. By making a stake once, you can participate in all active proposals;

• Select the current voting proposal inte Proposals section, reed the description, make a decision and vote — "for" or "against". You can also leave a comment.

Vote will last until September 19 inclusive.

New Everspace Wallet Release for iOS and Android 📱

UI changes and some new usability elements were announced.

iOS/Android
• The word "Home" has been removed from the main screen
• The staking reward message has been made clearer
• The "Send safely" checkbox has been removed and is no longer needed. Now, if you try to send funds to an undeployed address, the application will notify you with a warning

Android
• When you swipe left on an asset, a context menu with options to delete the asset or disable notifications appears
• When selecting the delete option, the wallet will now politely ask if you are sure about your actions

A large analytical research about Everscale 📑

Messari analytical platform published a detailed analytical research on the Everscale blockchain.

1. The study describes the key features of the blockchain architecture — dynamic sharding and multithreading, which give the project advantages, including in the growing blockchain gaming and stablecoin market.

2. The platform immerses in the history of Everscale and notes that the community struggled for the first year and a half to successfully deploy funds to grow an ecosystem. Everscale Foundation and DeFi Alliance were created to form a strategy for the development of the network.

3. In the tokenomics block the author marked the current annual inflation which is about 1.28%

• Everscale can support up to 4000 validators
• Now the network has 204 validators, there are no one validator who controls more than 0.75% of the network
• Currently users place assets totaling about $ 43 million in staking

4. The DeFi ecosystem of Everscale, mainly represented by Broxus products, is marked as relatively new, as well as NFT.

5. It now has several large third-party groups in the Foundation and DeFi Alliance that can more efficiently deploy funds for growth than the original subgovernance system.

6. The decentralized principle of governance through EVER DAO is noted, with the caveat that now only eight dominant participants totally hold almost 90% of the voting tokens.
