Updated Rust Cup Rewards Proposal 💵

An updated proposal from the DeFi Alliance for Rust Cup Terms Amendment has been published on EVER DAO. The first proposal was not accepted by the community — the majority considered it not relevant to the current economic realities.

The authors of the proposal have developed two basic options: A — for those who just want to get rewarded and compensate for their investments, and B — for those who decide to validate the mainnet and stay with Everscale.

For option B it is designed increasing coefficients, when combining several pools into one in the mainnet — from 1.2 to 2.

Also additional boosted reward is designed for validators with locks in their pools for a period of more than twelve months — from 8 to 16% APR.

Qamon: mail service on Everscale 📬

Qamon is a decentralized mail service on the Everscale blockchain — it provides anonymous, secure, cheap and fast transactions of messages between users of the ecosystem.

How does the service work?

You can send emails (which are transactions from your wallet to another one with encrypted information) and accept them by connecting EVER Wallet to the Qamon App.

⚠️ When registering a new wallet, the system will ask you to set a password. It will be impossible to recover the password, so please store it carefully.

Flex update

• Flex is now live
• Web-based version will be ready soon

Core development progress

• Our nearest effort is publishing the source code for REMP
• Currently we have a result about 500-600 TPS and soon it will be about 1000 TPS in stable way
• Everybody in community can check the source and make their experiments
• After that the plan is to publish source code with support of multiple work chains in the node
• We are making some efforts in improving elector (From Swift elector to Solidity elector)

RustCup contest payouts and updates

• DeFi Alliance initially started with a draft of proposal after the open dialogue with Everscale validators
• After a few iterations with a narrow focus group it was ready and is still on the vote
• According to the proposal, the boosted rewards for stakers have been cancelled
• The procedure of payouts will continue during 1 month
• The form for validators to submit the contact details should be created next week
