A huge explosion has ripped through a Shiite Mosque during Friday prayer in Afghanistan’s northern Kunduz province. Reports suggest that dozens of people have been killed by the blast.
Afghanistan’s TOLOnews said that local officials have confirmed the blast but were unable to provide further details about the cause or casualties. Reports suggest that dozens of people have died.
Aamaj News Agency, citing witnesses, stated that as many as 100 people have died in the blast.

The Chinese journalist who mysteriously vanished after reporting on the ground at the start of the pandemic outbreak in Wuhan has finally reappeared in a video after publishing a letter on Twitter, but hasn't disclosed his location, per the WSJ.
Chen Qiushi had claimed the Chinese Communist Party had worked to “cover up of the truth...” over Covid and SARS, defiantly adding he was "not even scared of death. You think I’m scared of you, Communist Party?”

I have sent a letter to the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration in defense of the Office of the Presidency, the Constitution, vital principles of separation of powers, and on behalf of our great Nation. The Radical Left Democrats tried the RUSSIA Witch Hunt, they tried the fake impeachments, and now they are trying once again to use Congress to persecute their political opponents. Their requests are not based in law or reality—it's just a game to these politicians. They don't care about our Country or the American people.
The Democrats are drunk on power, but this dangerous assault on our Constitution and important legal precedent will not work. This Committee's fake investigation is not about January 6th any more than the Russia Hoax was about Russia. Instead, this is about using the power of the government to silence "Trump" and our Make America Great Again movement, the greatest such achievement of all time. We won two elections, did far better in the second than the first, and now perhaps have to do it a third time! It is also about trying to deflect blame from Biden's surrender in Afghanistan and the failures to address COVID, the border, crime, and the economy that is leaving Americans dead or broke. It's another grand distraction, because Biden and the Democrats don't want you to see how badly America is losing due to their incompetence.
My administration, and the great patriots who worked on behalf of the American people, will not be intimidated. We will not allow Biden or the Radical Democrats to get off without accepting blame for their incompetence and failures. I will always fight for America First, and the Constitution. Together, we will Make America Great Again, Again!

The comedian apparently received a standing ovation at the Hollywood Bowl Thursday night during a screening of his untitled documentary — amid outrage over allegedly transphobic remarks he made in his new Netflix special, “The Closer.”

Chapelle came under fire recently for a bevy of remarks — one being, “Gender is a fact. Every human being on Earth, had to pass through the legs of a woman to be on Earth. That is a fact,” causing outrage in the trans community.
Jaclyn Moore, a trans writer who spent four seasons on Netflix’s Dear White People took to Twitter to boycott the company which “put out and profit from blatantly and dangerously transphobic content.”

Abortion services have resumed after a federal judge blocked the state’s six-week abortion ban.
The Texas law, which bans abortions after a “fetal heartbeat” is detected (around six weeks into pregnancy) also allowed private citizens to sue those who “aid or abet” in abortions.
Wednesday’s order was in response to an emergency request from the Biden administration to prevent enforcement of the law.
The judge claimed Texas pursued an “unprecedented and aggressive scheme to deprive its citizens of a significant and well-established constitutional right.”
