Looking for a Business Development Executive to join an engineering company (Private Company) in Cairo, Egypt.

Business development executive will help the company to drive sales by sourcing new clients and convincing the existing customer base to make an additional purchase. These professionals focus on lead generation and prospect management.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
• Drive the end-to-end sales process
• Prepare and submit sales contracts

Minimum qualifications:
• Education - Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Engineering
• More than 5 years of work experience in the field
• Fluent in English, Arabic and German can be an added advantage
• Excellent in MS Office / Photoshop
• Valid Driving License
• Should be willing to travel on business trips

Conditions :

• Fixed-term employment contract for one year – renewable
• Probation period of 3 months
• 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
• 25,000 EGP per month. + Commission per each new project contract
