Spinach egg tofu.
3 ingredients for this side dish.
To make:
cut egg tofu into pieces.
Lightly fry in a little oil to lightly brown both sides.
Never mine if tofu break up.
Add about 7 to 10 lightly crushed garlic (remove skin).
Stir.
Add 1 bunch spinach (cut roots, slice and rinse thoroughly). Season with salt.
Stir fry over high heat to soften and dish out.

To sum up, I would say that, this Dim Sum meal didn’t let us down. Fresh and exciting to our palates, thrown in with humble pleasant customer service.
Indeed, a satisfying dining experience.
Price - expect to pay as the standard pricing as in other Chinese mid- range restaurants.

Bilis Cili aka Anchovies Chili
Method
Fry anchovies.
Reduce the amount of oil.
Add dried chillies, shallots and tiny bit of salt.
Stir.
Pour lime juice and stir.
Dish out.
Ingredients: as needed.
