El Paso, Texas is looking into declaring a state of emergency in response to the growing number of migrants crossing the southern border and entering the city, the New York Post reported Thursday.

An official told the Post that the El Paso city council will vote on an emergency declaration next week. If it passes and the mayor approve it, it would let the city collect funding from the state and federal governments.

The number of migrants trying to cross the border, which has skyrocketed under the Biden administration, is expected to explode in the coming days as President Biden plans to lift the Title 42 pubilc health order that has previousl been used to keep roughly 1.7 million people out of the country due to concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

BREAKING! Eagle, Wisconsin: Firefighters are working to put out a major fire caused by an explosion at Summerset Marine in Eagle.

A possible explosion at a marine construction business at Summerset Marine Construction in the small Waukesha County community of Eagle, about 35 miles southwest of Milwaukee. No immediate word on whether anyone was injured at Summerset Marine Construction in Eagle. About 275 students at Eagle Elementary School, about a quarter-mile from Summerset Marine, were evacuated.

Today, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Counterfeit and Piracy Enforcement Team (CAPE) hosted a counterfeit pharmaceutical and counterfeit products event at the La Mirada Performing Arts Center. Over 300 Law Enforcement members and public health officials attended this amazing event.

From fentanyl laced counterfeit pharmaceuticals to counterfeit products were discussed. Members from Federal, State and local Law Enforcement agencies were in attendance.

Sheriff Alex Villanueva was recognized for his commitment to the community, while going after drug dealers who are poisoning our communities.

Antioch, California: Antioch's mayor and police chief vowed to crack down on sideshows after two weekend illegal car events where a patrol car was vandalized while an officer was driving.

Antioch PD Chief Steven Ford called the weekend sideshows "dangerous, disturbing and unnecessary, which defies all aspects of public safety." He added that an officer was also assaulted. "It will be a zero-tolerance approach to the sideshows in the city of Antioch and all resources at my disposal will be used to mitigate these activities," Ford said. He vowed that cars involved in sideshows will be impounded for 30 days and people fined up to $3,000.
