IT MAY NOT BE THE BEST LOOKING 🧢

👎 Cosmetically-wise, it may not be the best looking cap around with the simple looking logo embroidered on a black cloth.

👍 Yet for many years, it serves me well as this cap, which I named it BOCAP, is not just a cap that shaded me from the sun, rain and sometimes those glaring floodlights at games while snapping the shots - it is an IDENTITY.

🆔 It is how I wear the cap (backwards) when covering any local football related events that I am being identified which soon become some sort of a trademark.

👋 If one fine day at any game, if you spotted me wearing BOCAP, do feel free to say "HI" 🙂.

FIRST DEFEAT TO SECOND SPOT

⚽ Singapore lost 2-0 to Thailand in their final Group A encounter and finished second in the said group.

According to my friend, he queued for 2 hours, and each NRIC can buy up to 8 tickets. The queue was still kinda long after he bought his tickets.

🎟️ It was told the tickets allocated to Singapore fans to both legs of the AFF Suzuki Cup semi-final match between Singapore and Indonesia were sold out.

💵 Yet soon after which several postings were made on social media that some of tickets are being put on sale at various online marketplaces for a premium.

😐 It is regrettable to note such occurrence that I feel for those who were either queuing online or on site for hours but did not grab hold of the tickets.

📺 Since those who could not get hold of tickets, there are always options like watching the matches at the comfort of your home where you can organise a Zoom screening with kakis to have chit-chat while watching the game. Wouldn't that be a good idea?
