Construction began in Aug 2021, last image from GE Sep 2022.

🇦🇲 | #Armenia: Armenian PM Pashinyan explained that "freezing" of Yerevan's participation in the CSTO means that Armenia does not have a permanent representative in the organization at this point, and does not participate in meetings at a high and senior level.
Pashinyan added that Armenia has de facto suspended relations with the CSTO and might do this de jure.
