SPECIAL SESSION ON
[IoT enabled Wireless Sensor Networks]

SESSION DESCRIPTION:
[Wireless Sensor network is a collection of numerous sensor nodes deployed mostly in un-inhabited, remote and sensitive area which needs continuous monitoring. So many advanced sensors are used in research works in all the three dimensions of earth, underwater and space. The large data sets collected by these sensors are used for many predictions required for the growth of the nation. The predictions are very much important because it helps in preparing a nation for a defense attack in advance, helps in building alternative solutions for handling water shortage in advance, and helps the Govt. health organization to prepare for facing a disease outbreak and etc.,
The Internet of Things may be a big and promising domain in research field which does not mean the ‘Things’ in it are very big or intelligent. It is actually an intelligent network of ‘small things’. Such an IoT enabled WSN can be a powerful setup for monitoring operations. Currently deployed in so many fields, it has led to the development of many supportive technologies like Big Data, Data Analysis, Deep learning, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to handle such a bulk of data continuously being collected from IoT enabled networks. The research in this field will promisingly help us to take the next big step in technology in this pandemic world.]

Topics to be discussed in this special session include (but are not limited to) the following:

• [Security management in WSNs and in IoT system]
• [Programming models for sensors]
• [Prototypes for new applications for WSNs and IoT]
• [Platforms and developments tools for WSNs and IoT]

Extended version of a few selected papers will be sent to Scopus/WOS/SCI/SCIE indexed journals. The list of journals will be updated soon.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit papers for this special theme session on [IoT enabled Wireless Sensor Networks] on or before [20th January 2021]. All submissions must be original and may not be under review by another publication.
