Punjabi Fish Fry.
Marinate fish with Kashmiri chilli 🌶 powder (as needed),
some turmeric powder,
a pinch of garam masala,
1/2 tsp cumin powder,
1/2 tbsp lemon juice and
salt to taste. Pork fish gently with a fork for marinate to sip in.

Set aside for 1/2 an hour and tawa fry/flat non stick pan frying with some ghee.
Towards the end, add some curry leaves. Which type of fish? Up to you. This is Tenggiri/Indian Mackerel.

Kerala Cauliflower stew.
Let's make.
Ingredients
1 medium size cauliflower - cut into florets
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1 tomato - chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp onion paste
Note - you can also use chopped ginger, garlic and onion
2 dried red chillies - cut into pieces
2 bay leaves
1 tsp black mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek/halba seeds
2 cups water
1 cup thick coconut milk
3 tbsp coconut oil
Some shredded curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method
Heat oil.
Tip in ginger, garlic and onion.
Fry till aromatic.
Add chillies, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, bay leaves, tomato and cauliflower.
Stir in for around 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour water, stir and simmer to soften cauliflower.
Add peas, pour coconut milk and season with salt.
Simmer just to heat through.
Off the heat and combine in curry leaves.
