1. Non-availability Certificate: The appointing authority must obtain a "Non-availability of ex-servicemen" certificate from relevant bodies like Employment Exchanges, Boards, or the Maharashtra Public Service Commission.

2. Approval for Release of Vacancies:
- Individual cases for releasing vacancies reserved for ex-servicemen should be referred to the concerned Administrative Departments of the Mantralaya (state government) for approval.
- The Administrative Departments will assess the situation and approve the release of these vacancies for general candidates only after ensuring that qualified ex-servicemen are genuinely not available.

3. Filling of Vacancies by General Candidates:
- Once approved, vacancies reserved for ex-servicemen can be filled by general candidates.
- The appointing authority must comply with the requirement of obtaining a "Non-availability of ex-servicemen" certificate and securing approval from the Administrative Departments before proceeding to fill these vacancies with general candidates.

Therefore, if ex-servicemen candidates are not available for reserved vacancies, the appointing authority can proceed to fill these vacancies with general candidates, provided that the necessary approvals and procedures outlined in the circular are followed to ensure compliance with reservation policies and guidelines.

🔷2023 ला राज्यसेवा जागावाढ साठी
स्पर्धा आंदोलन प्रयत्नशील नव्हतीच.कारण त्याकाळात
त्यापेक्षा दोन imp काम होते

"राज्यसेवा व combined mains "
ह्या online ऐवजी offline होतील
हे एक काम व दुसरे clerk cut off एक लागावा यासाठीचे प्रयत्न.

🔶मग या दोन्ही कामात राज्यसेवा साठी प्रयत्न करणे अवघड झाले होते.
तसे आपण स्पष्टपणे स्पर्धा आंदोलन वर सांगितले होते.
अर्थात हे सगळं वेळेअभावी हे एक कारण होतेच व अजून एक विशेष कारण होतेच....( त्याबद्दल न बोललेलं बरं)

वेळेअभावी म्हणजे
'एक ना धड भाराभर चिंध्या '
असे न होऊ देणे हा नेहमीप्रमाणे एकमेव उद्देश.
कारण राज्यसेवा जागावाढ पाठपुरावा हा किचकट विषय आहे.

🔷2023 राज्यसेवा साठी प्रयत्न करण्यास वेळ नव्हता तरी civil च्या जागावाढ साठी जमेल तो प्रयत्न केला व 100% यशस्वी झाला.


यावेळी पण civil साठी सुरु आहेच.
पण ज्यांच्यासाठी सुरु आहे त्यांचे
प्रयत्न 1% पण नाहीत.
