#bftp9am - TAN KAI SOW JOINED SOUTH CHINA IN SEPT 1951

Earlier, Tan Kai Sow was one of the seven players from Singapore to play for Kitchee SC from November 1950 - January 1951 in the Hong Kong First Division.

Months later in September 1951, he signed for South China, another Hong Kong club.

WINDING DOWN AT TOA PAYOH

⚽ Former Singapore striker Indra Sahdan Daud played in a friendly organized by Balestier Khalsa to mark the end of the soon-to-be-closed storied Toa Payoh Stadium.

Together with the other sporting facilities in Toa Payoh Lorong 6, the stadium will be demolished and make way for the integrated development project on the same venue.
